HOW MUCH HAIR DO I NEED? For a full sew-in or quick weave using our human hair, you'll need about 8 to 10 ounces of hair. We recommend: 2 bundles for lengths 12" to 14", 3 bundles for lengths 18" and longer, and 4 bundles for lengths 26" and longer. Each bundle weighs about 3.5 ounces. Keep in mind that because hair is sold by weight, longer lengths have shorter wefts.

CAN I COLOR THIS HAIR? Yes, all hair can be colored and dyed, and lift to 613.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO TAKE CARE OF MY NEW BUNDLES? Treat your hair as your own! Use phosphate and sulfate free products on hair. Detangle your hair before washing and before going to bed. Comb extensions using a wide- toothed comb. Air drying is recommended after washing. Braid and or twist curly hair and cover hair with satin bonnet before going to bed. Hair can be dyed but please seek professional assistance before coloring hair. 

For daily maintenance, use styling products sparingly to avoid buildup. If you’re wearing curly hair, a spray bottle filled with water can help revive the natural texture. For a sleek “wet” look, we recommend a mix of leave-in conditioner and water. Avoid alcohol-based products at all costs, as they can dry out and damage your investment. To maintain softness and manageability, lightly dampen the hair with a spray bottle, then gently detangle using a wide-tooth comb starting from the ends and working your way up to the roots. To redefine curls, scrunch the hair gently and allow it to air dry. Once dry, style as you may please.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER? At The Perfect Extensions we are committed to providing you the best experience possible. We will try to accommodate any reasonable request within 1-2 days after your purchase. If you would like to cancel an order, please cancel within the first 1-2 days of your initial purchase. SHIPPING: All products will be Shipped out after the 2nd business day of purchase, and you will receive tracking information on the 3rd day. The Perfect Extensions is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged or it has been lost, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please keep all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim
